ALL Windows XP Users should apply Service Pack 1. There is a vulnerability that allows files in any directory to be deleted if you click on a specially formed URL. This URL could appear anywhere: in an eMail, on a web site, chat room, newsgroup posting, or be executed when your computer visits a malicious web page. This problem ONLY affects Windows XP.
