Synopsis International Computer Driving Licence: Using the Computer and Managing Files shows users how to start, shut down, and restart the computer; display system and desktop information and online help; work with icons and windows; organize files and folders; and edit and print data. This course describes how to meet International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) objectives on a computer using a Windows operating system. The ICDL test can be taken with any application and although this course demonstrates a specific system/application, the tasks it teaches can be applied to other applications as well. Audience This course is for those who have never used a computer and those who have some computer experience but no formal qualification proving their knowledge or skills.
