Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits


 

Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy

Audience:
Certified Public Accountants licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are required to earn 80 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits during each two-year renewal period.

Applicable Courses:
The Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy has approved the following StaffKit series for CPE credit:

Cost:
$15 Continuing Professional Education application processing fee for each course submitted.*

Number of Continuing Education Hours Awarded Per Course:
One CPE credit is awarded for every 50 minutes of successfully completed appropriate StaffKit course work. For example, if a course takes four (4) hours to complete, the number of CPE credit hours earned would be 4x60/50= 4.8. CPE hours should be rounded down to a whole number. Using this formula, four (4) CPE credits would be awarded for a four (4) hour StaffKit course.

Availability:
