Synopsis
HTML: Creating High Quality Web Graphics presents the techniques needed to create high quality graphics that load quickly. As of January 2003 this course was updated to reflect Paint Shop Pro version 7.0, HTML 4.0 (including CSS), and some XTHML 1.0 standards.
